Turn Signal & Steering wheel lights

Hi all

I have 2 issues with my X5, turn signal does not stay on, only blicks 3x although i fully press the the turn stalk, and steering wheel button wont light up, please refer to the video.

First thing I'd check is electrical connections to the steering column.
