Spacer sizes for 763M wheels on OEM suspension
I had 437M wheels with H&R 15mm spacers all around on stock suspension with no problems. I just directly swapped in 763M wheels with the same 15mm spacers and I’m getting major rubbing in both front and rear. Front rubs front wheel well liner. Rear rubs on wheel arch/fender. Tires are MPS4S 265/35/19 front and 295/30/20 rear. I’ve read about others having no issues with the same setup, but I guess I’m unlucky. I plan on using a heat gun to reshape the front plastic liner to fix the front rubbing. Would 10mm spacers all around solve the rear rubbing? Or should I go lower for rears - 5mm or no spacers at all?

Heya.
The profile of the tire looks very square to me. In comparo to my 437m (stock size PS4 with 15mm spacers front and rear, lowered in front), the tire has much more angle, not so square. I would think a 8-10mm spacer would be perfect in the rear. The front I would do what you are doing. Mold the liner. Again, the frofile of this tire is super square, which is why I think your having the issues. I am sure you know, but the dimensions of same sized tires can vary dramatically from brand to bramd, and even inner brand similar models. You appear to have done your homework. Sorry it didnt work out. Car look FANTASTIC btw... I love the whole look. Good luck! josh |

stock ride height, oversized tyres sticking out the fenders... don't think it even looks remotely good. take the spacers off and go from there. the sidewalls are so square that they will fill out the fenders well enough, imho.

Thankfully spacers are not that pricey. I have just about every width as I experimented between the look/fit that I wanted. I also suggest thinking about a stud conversion while you are getting the spacers. I find having to get new wheel bolts in different lengths is not ideal for a few reasons (especially for wide spacers). Yeah, they are sorta meant for race cars, but I way prefer them and it makes wheel work a breeze. Just my opinion. looking forward to new pics when you get it settled.... josh |

Thanks for the input. Not looking to keep the wheels poking past the fender. Aiming for close to flush without going past.

FYI MPS4S run wider than PSS. I am running the same sizes with 12mm spacer all around. Front no rubbing, Rear slight rubbing.
Lowered .5" using MCS 2WNR setup. |
