///M3 + Z06
Well,
I could not pass a great deal when I saw one! A friend was selling his Z06 for almost $12k below market value, so I went for it.... :-0 Torque on this thing is nothing BUT amazing! First gear is useless with the worn tires it has now! Second gear is almost, almost sideways till around 100mph!!! This is the only car that makes passengers scream when I floor it from around 50mph..... I was buying to resell it in a month or so.....but.....but...I kind of love it.... Compared to the M3, it offers less confidence cause the M3 has lots of balance.... When I try to drift the Z06, it goes sideways, but then when it stabilizes, it wants to go to the other end... maybe its the old suspension setup, but its still nice... drifts can be easily induced at walking pace in second gear.... TORQUE... Interior wise.....Please, NO COMPARISON! The Zr-1 with the leather dash is nice, but nothing compared to the M3, or any BMW....I still love the amazing torque..... Steering feel does not even compare with my Mini. Drove a ZR1 the other day and that car really did nail the German feeling....steering, tires and other parts are different, thats why! |

Having a C5 Vette myself and a M3 I love both cars. The M3 has the big edge over the Vette any day of the week. But you have a Z06 C6 and from the picture appears to be a Ron Fellows edition??? Keep both of the cars, they both are great collector items.

That is a Ron Fellows Z06 I can see the fender stripes. I think they only made 399 of them. I think that is right. NEED MORE PICS THE THE Z06!!!

Dude, you got an Ron Fellow Z06 and an E92 M3!?!?!
For me it was the Z06 or the M3. I battled with it for some time. I went with the ///M for the refinement and the luxury features. That said, when I come across a Z06 (let alone a Ron Fellows) I avoid a red lights. |

I test drove the Z06 and it's the only car that actually made me nervous to drive... the power and torque is insane. It's really the only reason I thought about ordering the CTS-V before ordering the M.
