Was good to see what our M2 was capable of. The launch it gets and the brake test are most impressive given the weight difference!

Impressive, albeit somewhat expected (it was the same story last gen with the M2C out-dragging the RS3, Golf R, A45). But, imagine what the M2 could do in a straight line with X-Drive. I’d be curious to see the G87 vs. GT4 too

Putting the vehicles aside, I think these Car Wow guys are a bunch of jerk-offs with their walkie-talkies. I cannot watch any of their videos. It’s just too painful!

Exactly. It’s like get to the effing point! Plus their videos are not very scientific. Just a bunch of clowns horsing around with someone else’s expensive vehicles. How can anyone really take them seriously? They do have a cool channel name and generate a lot of traffic, so to each their own. Clearly people watch their content.

M2 did great, but Porsche with less HP and a convertible top ( heavier than coupe) was keeping up with M2. I think it it was coupe, it might would’ve won.

The Porsche did do good, but it's still significantly lighter as well.

The M2 is an impressive machine. Besting these vehicles including the Rs3 with awd. It puts its power down quite well. Glad the UK track conditions were actually dry for a change. Now if my TR M2 auto will finally arrive.

Including the GTS is more just for fun I think. Makes no sense to include it otherwise. >50% more expensive and only 2 seats. If you are cross shopping it with the other 3 cars in this list you don’t actually know what you want from a car.

The weight of the Cayman and Boxster is exactly the same, since the car is 'born' a spider, not like the 911 (or a 4-series).

Exactly my thoughts! To much bull until the "drag race" and incompetence and lack of any methodology makes the pulls meaningless most of the time. Kinda 🤡 business.

Yeah, me too. Some people live by statistics and comparing .01 of a second etc. That's fine, it happens with many hobbies especially audiophiles.
