remote start bug

I have been having issues with remote start, where without apparent rhyme and reason, it does or does not work from the app. I brought my car into the dealer, and they claim that there is a bulletin about it from bmw, but no fix yet.

Has anyone else had this issue, or heard anything about a fix?

Yes also going thru the same problem
