i7 missing CarPlay

A week ago I bought a BMW i7 VIN WBY53EJ01PCM46996
Only after the purchase it turned out that there is no Carplay in my car. I didn’t expect or think that a new 2023 electric car could be missing such an important option. How is this possible?
I went back to the dealer with this question and dealer confirmed it. In addition, two other available BMW i7 have Carplay.
They didn't install it on my car from the factory.
I am very upset that I received the car without this option, which is very important to me.
Can I ask the manufacturer for information?
How can I or the dealer retrofit my car with carplay?

In the iDrive 8.5 menu there is an option to turn on wifi, but when I do that I see an error on the screen.
Maybe I just need to retrofit the car with a Wi-Fi antenna?

My local dealer can't tell me anything definitive. Maybe someone knows how to contact the manufacturer about this problem?

Can you pair your phone via bluetooth w/o Carplay? What phone are you trying to pair?

I noticed that your car’s cellular connection has a question mark over the signal bars.
There may be an issue there.

You could try calling or emailing BMW ConnectedDrive support.
It’s a painful experience, but they’re the ones most empowered to solve it.

Carplay is part of the connected services package. You seem to have a problem with connected services. I don’t believe it’s an installation issue.

There is a bad signal in the garage, I took a new picture outside the garage.
My car is missing two options:
S6AK Connected Drive Services
S6CP Preparation Apple CarPlay
However, I was able to connect and subscribe via Connected Drive Services to the S5DW Parking Assistant Professional. I only had the S5DN Parking Assistance System Plus option.
I conclude that despite the lack of S6AK Connected Drive Services, I can connect to it and choose a subscription to available services.
But I still don't understand why I can't get a feature that is available to everyone like CarPlay!
Apparently, there is no Wi-Fi in my car, I uploaded pictures to my first message.
My searches boil down to the following:
1. Does anyone know what the wifi module or antenna looks like in i7 and where is it installed?
2. Does anyone know the manufacturer's email address where I could get answers to this and other questions regarding Wi-Fi and carplay in my car?

Maybe the dealer -- if they are not too lazy -- can reload the car OS software. If they have tried that the issue needs to be escalated. Carplay has been standard equipment for a long time in BMWs, and is standard in the 7 series. I'd also reboot your phone if you haven't done so. I assume it is a recent iphone, and test it on another car to be sure.

This would bother me a lot too, I wouldn't be able to drive the car.

Fight for what you need!
