Rear Controller defects

I’ve had both rear controller screens replaced due to defects around the screen where the lcd meets the black trimming, it started to bubble underneath the glass and turn silver. Once I got my vehicle back, I notice 3/4 of the control feature was inoperative so I had to bring it back, maybe a software issue. Has anyone had this happen before? Please check the condition of your screens if not.

Ah Okay, they eventually fix it. It took almost a week and the firmware came back as 07/2023.35
