Doors not locking-Open Door Warning

Good morning all,

This morning I got a door open warning while driving (drivers side) door was properly closed, upon investigation I noticed that I cant lock either front doors with the fob or button on dash.....it does sound like the actuator motors activate but door don't lock....initially I thought it was the actuator but if that was the case wouldn't the passenger door lock/unlock?

Any help would be appreciated.
