Ambient lighting in phone charging compartment

Can someone check for me if there is ambient lighting in the cellphone charging spot? Not the charging indicator but ambient lighting from above the charging spot.

I thought it used to light up before I had my light bar replaced and want to make sure before I brought it into the dealer once again.

Only ambient lighting I see in that area, just happens to reflect from the cup holders.

No light here on 760 (US), and that's fine with me. Less distracting. I have ambient lighting turned way down too.
