fly wheel rattle or TB?

I've read some threads and seen some other videos on this topic but just wanted to get a second opinion. Is this fly wheel rattle, throw out bearing or something else? I recently purchased this e92, after a week or so of driving it I noticed this sound. I decides to start replacing fluids in the car since I wasnt sure when they were replaced. I did the trans fluid and swapped the trans mounts for 034 mounts and now the sound is more noticeable. This is the video of it at idle with me pressing the clutch in and out, noise pretty much goes away with clutch pressed in.

This is typical noise. You're going to notice it more with harder rubber-mounts.

As an FYI, when you changed the trans oil, did you make sure to run the oil cooler pump when doing the service?

Unfortunately I didn't run the cooler pump. The DIY I followed was from YT and there was no mention of doing that. It wasn't until later on I read about doing that.

Sounds like throw out bearing. Would be good for others to provide their input.
