Remote update issue and paring remote issue

I got a brand new BMW 740d 2024, but the remote software update is stuck on 11/2023.20. It's been a month, and I still haven't received any updates. On top of that, the remote control parking isn't working. Every time I try to use it, it cancels the parking maneuver. Is there an update issue or something?

You need to ask dealer to install newest firmware. Say you have some issues with multimedia or apple carplay (do they have reason to make update) and they will do that.
