Static with HD Radio

Anyone with HD Radio notice a lot of static? I have more static with the HD radio than I had when I had my old car without HD radio. I wonder if maybe the antenna is loose.

interesting... I thought HD was a digital signal that more or less is or isnt. It is actually static, not garbled sound? If so, Id say something is not correct...

I'm experiencing static with my satellite radio, I haven't yet noticed it on HD but I will listen for it. I'm sure there must be an issue because there shouldn't be any static at all with SR. Do you have satellite radio, and if so do you notice any static?

It is for sure static. Its really annoying. I have more static with the HD radio than I've had with any other car that has had regular radio.

I don't have the satellite radio. Just the HD radio.
