Anyone try out the new H&R springs?

I think they r the suoer sport or whatever. Thinking about getting them cause i wanna go a bit lower and with stiffer rates that sounds like a good buy. Or should i just go with RD springs?

I think you are referring to the Sport Plus springs that were just introduced. These offer the same drop as the standard sport springs but with a stiffer spring rate so you get better performance than the standard setup without compromising everyday usability. The ride will be stiffer but you will get better performance and still be at the same height as the standard sport springs.

What kind of shocks would be recommended for use with h&r sport springs?

Given how new these cars are, I would stick with the factory shocks for now. You can upgrade to Konis at a later date but the factory shocks will be able to withstand the stiffer springs for sometime before needing replacement.

Which koni's? Do you sell them? If you use aftermarket koni's where there still be issues with riding the bumpstops or do the shocks have nothing to do with the bumpstops at all?

I've heard of those also. I think they are called the "Race" springs on H&R's website. I've done a countless amount of research on springs, and I've read that the "Race" version may be too stiff for the stock shocks, and will cause them to wear out much faster than the sport springs. Therefore I'm definitely going with RD Sport springs...Especially since the RD's drop the front .2 inches lower than the H&R Sport springs.

The Race springs are separate from the Super Sport. The Race springs are their most aggressive setup which I would not run with the stock shocks unless you plan to replace them later on.

Sorry I was not clearer with my post, Koni does not offer a shock set at the E9X M3. My bet is that they are in development. The problem is that the M3 is so new that there isn't a huge demand for replacement shocks right now.
