Is this covered under the warranty

I noticed this a while ago and though it was something that would wash off but it's not.

I've tried to lightly rub/scrub/wash it off but it's not something that comes off it's actually the sticker (or whatever the colors are made of) is worn out/fade (and no my attempts didn't make it worse). It's more noticble in person than the picture probably shows and it's got some texture too it like something was rubbed against it at some point and scratched it almost.

It's not the end of the world by any means but kind of annouying everytime I see it and since I do tend to take a lot of pride in that badge. Just thought i'd check though.

And if it was covered how would it be replaced? Replace the sticker or would it have to be the whole emblem?

its a small deal, but any decent dealer would change it for u./

they replaced my bmw roundel so i figure they will change that out for you also

Yeah you could debadge which would be mad cool. Or you can check out JleviSW.com which has alot of cool M3 products. You can get Matte Black or Gloss black M3 badges which look really nice!
