M3 GTR makes Need for Speed Shift Cover

Anyone notice what was on the cover of the new Need for Speed game coming out next month?

The bigger pic is the background from the official site of the game. Makes a nice desktop background too.

The last one is from the site as well, I "think" it's in-game graphics, either way it's pretty

Still think that other game is better thou... the really realistic one on the xbox and i think ps3...

Forza(2) is on the Xbox 360. Forza 3 is coming out very soon.

The Gran Turismo series is the equivalent 'realistic' car game on the Playstation.

This game in itself is a good enough reason for me to go get a PS or X-box. Only qn now is which one of the two is better...

This game looks alright. But its still an NFS game...so it will be unpolished and a bit buggy. Forza 3 however looks

. If they have the BMW showing that they did in Forza 2 I will be up all night and skipping classes.

This NFS is supposed to be more of a true driving sim, but I have little faith. Their Pro-Street game which was supposed to be a bit more organized and realistic was still overly arcade-ish. My advice is to wait until Forza 3 in Oct/Nov.

The cockpit view is quite nice and all. I might wait for it to go on sale to pick it up, but im already drooling from forza. I would have to say Fm3> NFS shift

Do they actually call it the "M3 GTR" in the game? I don't think I've seen it go by that name officially. I usually call it "M3 GT2", but Rahal-Letterman seem to call it "M3 Race Version".

what's wrong with that? i was that teenager for the E46 M3. I eventually ended up owning one once I got out of college.
