Idrive radio help

The Idrive on my 2010, when I pick radio and then FM the screen that comes up that lets you select manually stations, right under there are various radio stations....what are those and how do you save stations there?? I cant do anything with them except select them

Those are the stations the radio is receiving. Once you choose one, push the controller to the left, scroll down to "Presets", and then click "Store Station" and choose the number. That also is your list of preset stations. Note it's specific to each key also.

So those are the stations that the radio is picking up? Like its done a seek and put the results on that screen?

Yup. There is more than one receiver in the radio. The other one looks for station data, traffic data and HD.
