Bluetooth Screen While Not On Call

I have a non Idrive 2010 135i with a profesional headunit. On saturday i was on a call and once the call ended on my phone, my h/u never ended the call. The screen stays on the duration/name of caller/ end screen. The music plays and your able to switch tracks via steering wheel controls and the h/u but the only thing on the screen is the bluetooth. I can't go to audio menu or the regulay h/u menu. Do i really got to take my jb3 off and take the car to the dealer?
