Question changing gears

Hello everyone. when I am changing gears from 2 to 3 th or from 4 to 5 I can hear a strange sound , the sound is like hit the only way for preventing it is to use more the clutch or to change the gear with more RPMS
IS that normal for the M cars
I went to my dealership and they told me that it is absolutely normal for BMW M3 MT .

Are you referring to bucking in the rear? Probably letting clutch pedal out a little too soon. It's takes a bit of finesse. I'm just beginning to get the hang of it but still have my moments.
