Installing rear RD Roll-bar - what's involved

Fella's,

I'm thinking of going Stage 1 Dinan and F/R RD roll-bars. But before I go that route, I read somewhere that the rear bar involves dropping the sub-frame.

Has anyone done it themselves? What's involved and any special tools needed? I have access to a lift and a shop but has basic tools so if there is anything special required, that would be a bad time to find out.

Also, is it worth the trouble? Or better to just go with the Dinan stg 2 which comes with the Dinan front Roll-bar?

Thanks,

Just go Dinan Stage 3 while its on sale. I do not recommend mixing performance suspension parts that surely were not made for each other.

They could work nicely together, but likely they will not.

It takes a lot of labor, probably 4 hours. You need to remove the exhaust, disconnect the brake lines, disconnect the differential, disconnect the shock, and finally you can unbolt the sub frame.
