Premium Package question

For those of with the PP and have the rearview mirror with compass...does it dim when you turn on the lights or does it stay the same brightness?

Garage List
2013 BMW M3 ZCP  [10.00]
2003 BMW M5  [0.00]
I have no idea. But I've never on 2 cars now found the compass in the mirror to be distracting. I confess I never even notice it.

Straight from BMW's website on standard features-it says its Auto dimming so it should dim when headlights come in contact with the sensors.

It also says on BMW's website that 2011 M3's come with power seats as standard but we all know that's not true.

To my knowledge they were, and you had to request manual seats. I guess I was wrong?

Power seats are part of Premium Package 2 in 2011 cars. If you didn't order PP2 then you get manual seats. I learned the hard way
