What is the max negative camber we can achieve on stock cars?
What is the max negative camber we can achieve on stock cars? Does that differ if the car is lowered with springs?
Anyone with ZCP, and max camber setting?

I managed to get -1.3 in stock form with pins removed. One side could go a bit more, but I kept it even. I now have -2.0 with Dinan springs and camber plates.

Probably -1.4 if you remove the guide pins on stock springs, -1.8 with lowering springs (depends on which one) and pin removal.
The lower you go, the more negative camber you get at "normal position". |

-1.3 to -1.4 with stock springs after removing the pins. This is what I got with my first e90. You will get slightly more with lowering springs.
The Dinan camber plates will give you all the adjustment you want. I'm currently lowered with Dinan springs and camber plates. I have -2.0 in front.

2011 ZCP here. If I go with -1.7 in the front......what do i adjust the rear too? Or should rear be left alone? Is an alignment needed after pulling the pins and maxing out the front?

Yes alignment is needed if you pulled the pins and maxed out the front camber, it would cause the car to "toe out".

I had an alignment done this morning at the dealership. I'm on the Eibach pro kit. Looking at my printout now, here's how it reads
Rear Camber -2.04 (left) -1.53 (right) Toe .05 (left) .05 (rear) Front Camber -1.53 (left) -1.33 (right) Toe .05 (left) .02 (right) |

On stock suspension with pins pulled I was able to get -1.8 LF , -1.9 RF, -2.1 LR, and -2.2 RR. I'm running zero toe in the rear and 1mm out in the front.
