Dream M3 Feature
Hey, I'm ordering an M3 for ED, but the only feature I found to be lacking would be on the shift knob, I would want a button cage which opens on a hinge, and then have the M button right there. It would help me enjoy my fighter jet fantasies immensely, because then I could imagine my car was even more of a beast and had afterburners...
Let's petition BMW to make this an option! Seriously I would be willing to pay money for a custom CAD designed shifter, wiring, and software to make my fantasy a reality. p.s. I also wish the M3 could fly but that's for another thread. |

Take it easy, Mav. Sounds like you should have bought an SL65:
The good news for you is that the BMW Assist SOS button on the car's, um, canopy has a spring-loaded safety cover that has to be actuated before you can press the button. Feel free to masturbate vigorously to it.

I am a man fine sir, and men do not ask for help via BMW SOS using kick-ass switches, If that button activated the rockets, Megan Fox, or alcohol (while stationary and e-braked of course) then I would consider your suggestion.

I used to tell passengers that the SOS button would eject you out of their seat if they didn't shut up sometimes

I go further. I tell my GF the same and if she continued I open the moonroof and "arm" the SOS button, opening the cover.
