Houston (Dealer) Service Department

Which dealership in Houston has the best service department?

I've been going to Momentum West on I-10 near Hwy 6, but they have very poor service. I don't have much confidence in their repairs because of the poor service. They recently told me that my bumper cover, which was put on at BMW of The Woodlands, was not installed correctly. So I have now lost confidence in The Woodlands service department also.

Which service department do you recommend? Or are they all bad?

Honestly I think you have to form a good relationship with a competent adviser and tech. If that doesn't work you need to have the service managers number on speed dial. All of these dealerships have their pros and cons....you just have to stick with the devil you know. Try Momentum S/W and ask for Phong Bui..................Phil

Keith Jeanes @ Advantage Midtown has taken care of me...I haven't really had issues except one AC issue. I'd recommend him.

Honza Haijek at Advantage Midtown is mine and takes care of me. Honza has an E46 M3 and knows a lot about M cars and is a car enthusiast. When Honza is not around, I use Keith Jeanne at Advantage Midtown.
