H&R springs - pose any problems? How much to swap?

I'm considering buying this e90 m3 that has H&R springs on it. I generally shy away from used cars that have been modded, but everything else seems ok. So my questions are: Are there are known issues with these springs (assuming no lights/sensors are currently on)? Will at affect the warranty/maintenance plan? And most importantly, how much do you think it would cost to take it to the dealer to put the original springs back in?

Thanks in advance

I don't think the springs should be a concern. I acquired a used car with H&R springs and haven't encountered any issues. As for the warranty, the dealer can deny coverage under the warranty for problems that are caused by the aftermarket springs. I wouldn't worry too much about that, but if you are paranoid, it's a very simple matter to swap in the OEM springs. I wouldn't pay a dealer to do that. If the current owner still has the OEM springs, he should give them to you as part of the transaction (it's not like he's going to do anything with them anyway).
