Help with rear brake pad replacement

Couldn't find a DIY on rear pad replacement via search. Can someone point me or give advice? I have a 1M but the brakes are supposed to be the same as M3.

Thanks a bunch.

E46 M3 but I've done E46 and E90 and there is no significant difference in the process.
