First scrape, not happy...
So, after driving around the parking structure looking for that perfect spot, passing 3-4 E92's parked into crammed spaces, calling THOSE people idiots, I find the excellent end spot with extra space, pull in and do this...
I think it is mostly gnarled up clearbra, but I am LIVID with myself nonetheless. I am getting her washed tonight and am going to manicure the clearbra in the area with an exacto knife to see the actual damage... may be time to send her to IND for repairs (and additions!) Luckily I wasn't hurt in the making of this ruined bumper...

Sorry bro that really sucks, I know the feeling! A few months back I backed my (then)335 out of the garage and smashed into my Daily Driver (Massive Beast of a Caddy Deville) effed up my Arkym rear diffuser. I was SO pissed Worst part is I had park distance control and it was going nutZ!
Yours doesn't look too bad but still sucks!

IND is 20 minutes from me. I want so badly to just leave it there and have it come back a different car, but my wife would SHOOT me. I was supposed to buy a used E92 and came home with a brand new new Comp. Package. SURPRISE!

I just ordered new mirror caps from,Evan at Tischer ($120/pair), to get painted as well. Is your trim matte or gloss?

Yeah I just ignored it... the PDC usually goes off a bit because of the side of the garage. I NEVER park my caddy behind my car... after I hit it I was like "Who the FU*K parked behind me" and then my wife reminded me that I had parked there... FML

I like the matte bits even with the gloss shadowline, I can't get into the CF stuff... which makes finding a lip difficult and will make finding a diffuser near impossible.

I heard that! Drunk driver kinda ruined my bumper, it could have been an easy fix but I went with an entire Amuse Ericsson restructuring of the body lol. |

Ehh that isn't too bad, I would replace the 3M and not worry about it. It truly is inevitable. Either that or you could scout out every single parking space you come across and look like a total weirdo.

I did something similar last night. I was in a parking lot that was head-in only, and I pulled a little too close and I have one kind of deep scratch on the bottom of the front bumper. You can't see it, but lord can you feel it.
That's why I back in. |
