Finally it is done.. I should have it done ages ago - LED interior
Finally decided to go for the interior LED and 6000K HID bulbs from Modmy3.
Super quick shipping, and I just couldn't wait to get them installed. The LED interior kit is a bit confused because they aren't labeled so I needed to search on the net to see which belongs where. The dome light is a big hassle, because the bulb is flat and square, so it is very hard to fit in the socket, and one socket is broken due to the excess force Also the dome light cover is a pain too.. I thought that I have broken it because I can see all the little plastic tabs are gone, but when I tried to push it much harder, it clipped back and secured.. Anyway, the kit is amazing and I will test out the HID bulbs tonight hopefully they are nice

I purchased bright LEDs for the sun-visor vanity lights. I installed the passenger side, and then compared it to the original lighting (on the driver's side) at night. I wasn't convinced it was the way to go. The LED is much brighter, and more "modern," I guess, but it just seems harsh. It doesn't have the warmth of the original lighting. So I never installed the driver's side.
If I could find LEDs in orange - to match the dash lights - I'd probably go with those. I had them in a previous car, and they were a good compromise between the warmth of the old lighting, and the cool-factor of LEDs.

Nice! Looks so much more fresh.
Did the dome covers just pop out? I've been meaning to do mine but I've never gotten around to properly trying. I keep trying to get my finger under one of the sides but always afraid it'd break/snap haha |

For each his own I guess, but Im still looking for a kit with less than 5,000K, This aside, they do improve the interior look quite a bit. |

Is there a way to remove the rear dome assembly? I got the frosted cover off but now I cant put it back in. I'm thinking if I pull down the assembly it would be much easier to put the cover back on...
