2012's still waiting for delivery...?
I ordered a new 2012 back in early may and was told delivery would be in July.
It's August 10'th now and I still haven't received it. Supposedly the comp package takes 1 extra month to deliver. Am I the only one still waiting for delivery of a 2012? Have people actually started receiving 2013's??? Lol... Frustrated considering this is my weekend/summer car and missing out on the summer.

Doesn't make sense to me that comp package reason.
My car has comp package. Was produced in late July. Is a 2013 model. And is scheduled for delivery at the end of August. Others - EDIT: in Canada - may have already received their 2013's as production officially began as of July. And for some, their 2013 models were produced even earlier, at the end of June. Maybe your car is finally a 2013. That would make more sense.

That Comp Package reason is total bullshit. My car was ordered last year 05-09-11 and delivered on 06-21-11. You guessed it, it has ZCP.

Comp Package reason is totally BS. I ordered my 2013 with ZCP on July 14th, and it's on a boat already.

Lol Btw there was man rebate if between 3500 and 5k off (plus loyalty) on the 2012 so basically got my DCT free and I plan on keeping the car. But... I did expect to get it at least 1 month earlier than 2013's. Doesn't make sense...

Our MY '11 E90 was ordered in May (after the first one arrived wrongly specc'd). The proper car built in June arrived at the beginning of September 2011. The joys of living out west! The wait was painful I know, but almost a year on, the extra few weeks makes little difference now.
The fib about the ZCP taking extra time is b.s however. Asif |

Just to update everyone on this story BMW Canada honored the $3500 rebate since it was their error.
All is good and I picked up my 2013 M3 last Thursday and I must say I LOVE the comp wheels in black! I already tinted the windows 35% all around and installed an Active Autowerke exhaust. After having previously owned a 2008 6MT M3 I have to say I absolutely LOVE it this car in DCT!! The DCT is simply amazing and it feels like a whole different car.
