CPO warranty voided by mods?

I just bought a 2008 335i and it came with a certified pre owned warranty. i was looking to put intake and a blow off valve on it and was wondering if that would void my warranty?

It is illegal to void a warranty based on putting aftermarket parts on the car unless a failure occurs and can be attributed to these specific parts.
