Coral Red to Fox Red

Hey Guys, I recently picked up my 2013 AW M3 with fox red interior. Im coming from a coral red interior on a 335i and for some reason, the fox red does not seem very "red" to me. Maybe cuz i was used to the coral red?

I did some search on the forums and when i saw some posts on fox red interior, the pictures posted seem to be more red than my interior. Is it me or is this the way the interior kinda looks like ( slight red with some brown but def not coral red kinda color). Maybe it takes time for the oil from seats and the sun to make the color stand out a bit?

Any input would be great! Thanks.

Coral Red is a lot more red than Fox Red. Also Novillo leather is more dull than the Dakota leather used in non-M3 cars. This combo makes FR more dull, which is great in my book. Coral Red is over the top for me.

Ok. That's what i thought. The coral red was extremely bright in my 335i compared to the fox red in the M3.

Fox red seems a bit more easy on the eyes. Maybe this is something i just need to get used to since I've been driving with coral red for 4 years.

Yeah man Fox Red has a brownish undertone to it. Very understated. You'll learn to love it. Now be careful with those seat bolsters!

When taking pic of fox red int it will sometime look different depends on lighting and the way you take the pic. It all the same thought it won't change from one car to another.
