Strange that the elderly driver of the Camry had minor injuries yet the younger driver in the BMW was a fatality.

It's usually the other way around.

RIP

It was an ///3. It was on local news and I saw the footage. The impact was side on and there was no damage to the front end. The car has got pushed off the road sideways. Unreal ... you mind your business and drive and some idiot looses control and you pay the price with your life. It's unfair. Looks like he was a well liked guy and into footy and cricket especially at coaching level. Just 32 years. I have never seen that blue before and looks like an individual colour.

When your time's up that's it. I guess the other guy might have fallen asleep at the wheel. A tragedy for the family

Terrible accident, RIP.

Not wanting to be insensitive, but I assume that the car will be held by the police for a while, and then presumably written off by the insurer. Would it most likely re-surface at an auction house in a few months?

The Camry has to drive through the shrub would have slowed right down, whilst the M3 would have been at full speed.

RIP.

That's a 110km stretch and given an ///3 might have been even doing above that, and being at that speed hit side on, you'll be extremely lucky to walk away.
