Near-M3 of the day

So after seeing many hilarious pictures on the board, I finally came across my very own "Near-M3", today! I'm very much a "to each his own" kinda guy, so I just think it's funny, but I'll leave it up to you fair readers as to how you feel. Here it is, in all it's 318i "M3" glory!

The thing that bugs me is that they should really try harder to get the emblem on straightðŸ½

Is the muffler painted? I've heard of color matched side markers but not muffler...LOL

Saw an old 525 today with an M badge...it had really bad brakes that screeched at every light...embarrassing.

Perhaps it's the shadow from the building but from the (first) picture, it appears to have a carbon fiber roof.

As long as he is making no effort other than slapping on a badge, dude may as well aim higher. Why not a "Ferrari 318i"? Only limited by what badging he can gets his hands on (and yes, I'm assuming a female 318 owner would not do this, so a dude must own this car).
