H&R sport springs plus help

I purchased a set of H&R sport springs plus (same height as regular H&R sport springs but i believe a tad bit stiffer..) anyway I have been doing some research and I am seeing that most people when lowering their e90s are recommending they change the bump stops as well, i'm all for it and I see why but can anybody recommend me what bump stops to use? and something I didn't figure out was should I change them on all four corners or just the front?

so far what i've gathered was go with all four corners and use e92 m3 competition bump stops.. any advice peoples? I hope to do this soon because my fiance is going out of town this weekend.. it would be a perfect chance to channel my attention to the interlagos blue mistress

I'm curious as to the ride quality and that is a sweet color on the E90 btw.

As far as the bump stops for the e36-m3, do you recommend using them for all four corners?

e36 bumpstops, but I have run H&R sports without them and had no issues.

e36 bumps are only for up front. Dinan sells rear shock mounts that increase travel 10mm if you're so inclined. I'd do the e36 bumps as a minimum.
