Does this ruin it...carfax issues

So I have found the perfect m3 for me. And I am having second thoughts regarding the carfax I found on it. Should I be worried about the fact that there has been 3 owners already? And this in the car fax:
Accident reported
Involving rear impact
Involving right rear impact
Involving left rear impact
Vehicle ran off road
It hit a ditch
Functional damage reported
Vehicle towed
Airbags did not deploy

Thanks for the advice.

Amount of owners mean nothing.

I was the 3rd owner of my e46M3. And when i sold it, that car was still immaculate. No paintwork, no accidents. Clean carfax. Hard to find yes, but some people do actually care about their cars.

It has since went to NY, which I'm sure it will die a painful death.... up there.

Go with your gut on this one, simply walk. There's plenty of clean, used M3s on the market to choose from.

Don't hesitate just because the rear end has been destroyed, the car fell into a ditch and there is functional damage. Look at the bright side, the airbags never deployed!

if the price was adjusted for the report it might be worth it but there's a lot of inventory at the 50K price point. check out the classifieds here

Yeah, you should be worried that it has 3 owners. But don't worry about the damage. I'm sure it buffed right out.

Can I ask you a question? Why would you even consider that M3, if there are so many others in the market for cheaper/similar price without an accident history?

Doesn't make any sense. I even went out of my way to ask 13 year old sister. She told me the person must be crazy.
