E93 Windows Down - Fault

Hi,

I own an E93 2008 M3 and live in the UK, we are currently having alot of heavy rain so this fault could be linked.

Go out to the car, open and start the car, all windows go down in multiple stages, as if pressing the down switch on/off. Once they were down you can hear all switches operating on/off repeatedley. Try to put them up and they will go up a little at a time but as soon as you release the switch, straight back down. When driving and holding the master window switch for all 4 windows they would stay up, but any slight bump in the road and they go back down. I have searched various threads and it sounds like water ingress and something possibly to do with a door actuator. Can anyone advice?
