Question about upgrading tires

Front Ventilated Seats
4 Zone ACC

I got a good deal on the 599M 21 inch tires, so I order that with the stock 19" M Light alloy Double Spoke wheels 467M that was no charge.

My question is: What do I do with the 19" rims? should I offer them to the dealer and how much should I expect to get?
