New (to me) 2011 Interlagos Blue M3
All,
I just sold my 2003.5 Jet Black/Cinnamon M3 and bought this gorgeous 2011 Interlagos Blue/Black Carbon Fiber M3. What a machine! This is my third M3, the first being a 1997 Arctic Silver/Black M3. I do most of my own work and I look forward to learning/sharing about this new adventure. |

Congrats, dude. That is one of my favorite colors! The other one being, Jerez Black.

Awesome ride. I've got a '13 E93 with the same color combo. It's sweet! Congrats!
Of the two, I prefer LeMans to Interlagos--I think LMB is a bit darker and more metallic. It's always been my favorite, but I believe (and I very well could be wrong) they stopped offering LMB in 2011 and replaced it with IB in 2012. Either way, they are both awesome, unique blue rides, and really, with that engine, does the color really matter?!?!

Great looking car. Would love to hear your comparo thoughts on driving the 46 vs 92.
For me the 92 feels way lighter on the clutch and steering and the 46 a little more raw in a good way. Neither better than the other but I think a good bit different. |

Great color. You're gonna love the car, especially coming from an E46 M3.
I also came from an E46 & the first thing you notice is power delivery is like "an S54 on steroids". Steering & clutch feel (if you have 6MT) is more light and slightly more vague initially, but nothing detrimental to the experience.
